Patrons of Haworth,

Haworth FCCLA (Formerly FHA) is making a cookbook for Haworth Schools! We are interested in your most cherished or favorite recipes! We are inviting anyone that has any association/affiliation to Haworth Schools to submit 1 to 3 recipes! We want to have our cookbook complete by September so we can sell them for the Holiday season! We are hoping to sell the cookbooks for around $10.00! We will take pre-orders! We need all recipes back to us August 1, 2011! Please forward this to anyone with any affiliation to Haworth Schools!

If you graduated from Haworth there is place for your graduation year! There are a few other options if you did not graduate from Haworth but have affiliation! If you have not yet graduated please put in your expected graduation year!

E-mail for a template, you should be able to type and save on this template (which will make it easier for us)! You can email or mail the the recipe's back to me at arccox@hotmail.com, acox@haworth.k12.ok.us, or HC 73 Box 1, Haworth, OK 74740. Please contact me if you have any questions! I am going to attempt to get the form on Facebook and our school website!
