If you would like to meet with the school counselor, please complete a request form located just inside the front office.

If you have a concern you would like to share anonymously, you may use one of the anonymous forms available in the same area. 

Once completed, you can give the form to Mrs. Fant or place it in the basket on the door. If it something that can just be emailed, you can always just send a quick email. Please do not send anything confidential.

For counselor referrals to speak to an LPC please stop by and get a form. We have one on campus twice a week.
